FTP access win IE 7

Hi Group. I have a problem with the access to different FTP sites who I
created in my W2K server.
When I connect with FTP command via Command Prompt it is neccesary write the
user and password to connect it
When I try with Netscape browser it's the same. In this two cases I see the
folders accoprding to the user/password.
But when I use I.E.7 y write ftp://user[email protected] and I
connect inmediatly but It shows me all the folders from ftproot and I can
access all of them without restrictions. I checked the NTFS permissions and
I believed are OK.
In the menu of IE 7 if I select Page-->Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer the
user/password is solicited again, but now I see the files who the
user/password entered have permissions.

I would really appretiate your help
