FTM problems

I am trying to install Family Tree Maker version 9
Collectors Edition and I am getting the following error
message:

Ftw.exe - Bad Image
DLL C:\FTW\LTKRN10N.dll
not valid Windows Image

What do I need to do to correct the problem?
