Attempts to open program causes CRASH!

Bitter About This

I have Win XP on my laptop and have used Family Tree Maker
for Windows (FTW) with no problems. Suddenly I can't open
it, it causes the computer to shut down and reboot. What
can I do to fix this?

Uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn't help, check out the programs tech
support(website or phone).
