Help I am having difficulty running a programme as an
error message keeps appearing, which reads:-

FT_THUNK (Kernel 32.dll)

Can anyone help me overcome this problem.

What is the program, please? Without knowing that, I can only suggest
you go to the program mftr.'s website for tech support. Post back with
the name and any other details that might be helpful.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the program
might have something to do with a scanner. An old
scanner. Right? If that's the case then I'd also guess
that the twain driver/module for the scanner is not
compliant with XP.

But that's a pure guess based on a similiarity to the
name of the patch files distributed for scanners so that
users could upgrade from Win 3.1 to Win95 with their
legacy devices.

I seem to remember Photoshop being especially sensitive
to where the "thunk" file was placed.

Am I close to guessing your problem?
