FSSM32.exe Process

Sometimes after I startup, I notice that the disk drive is
running hard and when I look at task manager, processes
tab, I see that a process called fssm32.exe is taking up
80% or more of the CPU. What is this process?

fssm32.exe is F-Secure Scanner Manager which is part of F-
Secure Anti-Virus.

that Google would too, and immediately. Just search for any
executable name...
