FSMO Transfer and DFS

My primary FSMO role holder for a child domain is going to be removed
from service. I will need to transfer the PDC, RID and Inf to another
DC in the domain. This is very straight foward, but I wanted to
double check if there are any issues with moving the FSMO roles and
DFS.

I have DFS root on a seperate DC in the same domain (not the fsmo role
holder). Does moving the FSMO roles have any impact on this DFS root.
I don't see why there would be, but was told that it might so wanted
to double check.

The FSMO roles are independent of your DFS configuration; changing the
former should not have any impact on the latter.

Always useful to check, though, since it pays to be paranoid.
