FS9 Crash to Desktop

I had been hearing about this problem for some time but never experienced it
til just in the past few weeks. Now it happens with increasing frequency
where FS9 just disappears off the screen without a warning or a message of
any kind. Is there any suggestions on what's happened? Many thanks

Note the time of the CTDs and check with the Windows Event Viewer to see
if it reports any incidents for those times. Open the context menu for
"My computer" by right clicking on the desktop icon. Click "Manage" on
the context menu. Look for the Event Viewer under "System Tools" in the
left pane.

Try updating the video drivers.

Look for updated fixes for the game in the website that may sort out your
issue.
