When running dcdiag everything passes between our 2 DCs
yet I receive the following:

Error: No record of File Replication System, SYSVOL
started. The Active Directory may be prevented from
starting.

My question is...How do I resolve this Error?? Thanks

Please, give the exact error with the eventsource and the event id. Otherwise we won't be able to give you any support in this issue

Nothing in Event Viewer. The error shows when running
DCDIAG thru Windows Support Tools. I think I have found
the issue, we do not have DFS or File Replication taking
place so it reports this when running DCDIAG. Like I said
in the first post all tests pass, just comes with this
error duuring the FRSSYSVOL part.

Triaging FRS issues is not my speciality. I'd look at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/technologies/fileandprint/file/dfs/tshootfrs.mspx
and the FRS Monitoring Help File. When I've experienced issues sharing
sysvol there's typically been a clue in the Event Log - I'm surprised you
aren't finding anything. This is important because Active
Directory/netlogon won't advertise the domain controller as available until
the sysvol is shared.
