How come when I publish it never adds new pages to the site it will only
change the current pages.

But if I zip the files and sent it to the web hosting company and they
upload it works just fine?
Any answer would be great.

It will help if you describe in detail what you are doing to publish the
site. Don't scrimp on the details!

O.k.
When I am trying to update the website I have four pages that you are able
to get to using the navagition bar. I am trying to add new pages that I have
just add to the site.
Then using Frontpage I click file select publish site, than selection of
FrontPage or SharePoint Services I click that enter my username and password
and I am logged in. Than I select all the folders i.e. select all the files
that are on the local web site such as _borders, _fpclass, all then to the
bottom and than I click the button point towards the romote web site and the
files start to transfer. When asked if I want to over write the other files
I click yes. When the transfer stops I can see that all my new files are on
the remote web site and that the other files have been change too. But
nothing happens. I will hit fresh and still nothing happens. Then I will
talk to the web hosting company and they tell me that there is something
wrong with my links and thats why its not working, but because I use a
template I don't think they know what they are looking for. After a couple
of weeks of them telling me that I did something wrong I will upload a zip
file of the website that I have been upload and can see all of the files too,
and on there first try the new pages work just fine, and I didn't make any
changes to the website other than zip the file. But after that I am still
not able to add any new pages to the site the only way I have been able to do
so is by upload a zip file of the website onto server and have them load it.
The only think I am able to do is make change to the existing pages.

Why are you selecting files to publish? Just type in the URL of the site and
publish. If you want to, go to the Publishing tab and select "Publish All
Pages." That should do it.

In your remote website properties, select publish changed pages only. Then
FP will only upload the pages that were modified by using File / Publish.

I tried that and it upload and nothing happened.

It showed the files uploading and then when it had compeleted the website is
still the same way was before none of the update took place.
I changed the remote server site publising properties to publish changed
pages only and it asked to delete files so I didn't do that because I would
rather have a few pages up than none at all. Should I Yes to delete all? Or
will I lose the website than?

Yes, you should have let it delete, and it would only delete page/files that you have deleted from
your local copy of the web.

O.k. so I did that and click yes to delete the files and now there is nothing
up on the website. When you go to the site it says HTTP 403 Forbidden. But
when you look at the remote web site the files all are there. So how do I
get the website up now? The only I have ever been able to is zip the files
and have the web hosting company do it.. Can you tell me in detail steps
what to so I can get the website up again.

Thank you

Ok, check to make sure that your home page (index.htm, etc.) is named as required by your web host.
You may need to contact them to fine out the correct name.

Describe "nothing" please. That is, not exactly nothing happened. What did?
