I built a website using frontpage 2003, but the dynamic web components dont
work unless I'm using sharepoint. How do I get this to happen? Is there a way
to turn sharepoint services on, on an already developed site? Or better yet,
is there a way to incorporate such an element into frontpage? I'm trying to
enable a search box and database (they show up on my screen in FP, get
displayed in my browser preview, but dont show up in the published site).
Thanks

You can't turn it on unless your host supports the FP Server Extensions or WSS
- contact them

I recall being offered the choice to use sharepoint or FP when I installed
the software. And my host does support extensions. So there's no way of
enabling them at this point? Will I just have to make the website over in
Sharepoint if I can get it working??

Just ask your web host to apply / re-apply the FP extensions to your account.
