Frontpage publishing

Tech support at Updaddy.com says I need to enter in my
login name and password for the site somehwere inside
frontpage (2003) in order to publish the site. How do I
do that?

1. Open web ==> you'll be prompted to enter the http:/www.domain.com
plus password

or

2. Open file from local copy of web... File | Publish web ==> you'll be
prompted to enter the http:/www.domain.com plus password

When you start to Publish the Web, you will be prompted for a
username/password.

But I still get an error message when I type in my
domain. It's a communication error between the site and
Frontpage.
