FrontPage/Publisher Question

I have a FrontPage web page that includes a calendar-type
table of schedules that require frequent changes. The
table is created in Publisher. I am presently having to
make the table changes by keyboard or by copy and paste.
Is there a way to import the table from a .pub file
directly into my FrontPage .htm file?
Any help appreciated.

Save as Web from Publisher, then import the page into FP or better yet create the page directly in
FP to start with.
