Frontpage prompt to delete files

I use Frontpage XP and manage a remote web using it with FTP(no frontpage
extensions installed). Frontpage is fine uploading and such. I have some
dynamic scripts on teh remote end that generate files and such. The
problem(or question) is, how can I get frontpage to stop prompting me to
delete certain files and directories?

The best way would be to put these file writing scripts and the material
they spawn into a FrontPage subweb. that way it'll stay out of the mix if
you publish everything other than the subweb containing these scripts. I do
this for shopping carts, blogs, and the like. it works good and makes the
publishing much faster since there's less for FrontPage to compare to decide
what has been changed.
