Frontpage Popup Picture Window

Now I know this has been asked before, so forgive me

I would like to know if there is a way in frontpage that will pop up a new window that has no buttons in IE, just the picture fit to the window's size. Check out the way that the pictures pop up when you click on them, that is exactly what I want to happen on my site

has a 'generator' lets you define the options for the pop-up then generates the
code, then you just cut and paste.
