Using layout tables and cells I create a page that looks just as I want it in
Design view but in Preview view things are not where I have placed them. The
columns may have changed size. The text may not be formatted in the same way.
An inserted picture (placed within a cell of the same size as the picture)
creates a gap in the page and pushes other columns. Why is this happening?
