Frontpage Menus

I am trying to create a simple menu in frontpage. 4 horizontal tabs,
each tab generates vertical dropdowns when moused over.

I would like each tab to have a different color background.
I would like tab 1 and its dropdowns to be yellow.
tab 2 and its dropdowns to be red.
tab 3 and its dropdowns to be blue.
tab4 and its dropdpowns to be green.

Does anyone know if this can be done in frontpage without having to
purchase a DHTML menu software.

Also I have already visited

but there is a notice that makes me uninterested in this option:
Warning: DHTML menus you create in FrontPage 2003 have one major
limitation: they rely on absolute positioning. This means the main menu
bar and each menu leaf will occupy fixed positions relative to the top
left corner of the browser window, no matter how the rest of the Web
page might adapt itself to the Web visitor's window size and other
browser settings.

So does www.dynamicdrive.com have DHMTL menus that are not absolutely
positioned? If not, what are my options for creating drop-down menus for my
center-positioned website?

There are very few DHTML menus that do not use Absolute Positioning,
but most, if not all, can be adapted for a centering web site.
