Frontpage marquee capability doesn't work anymore.

The marquee function doesn't wok anymore. It had worked in the past. I had
downloaded Netscape, and was told that I needed to add Javascript capability.
So I downloaded Javascript per the Netscape instructions. However, when I
ran Internet Explorer again, it ran very slowly. So I deleted the Javascript
functions that I previously added, and Internet Explorer ran much better.
However, I notice now that the Marquee function in Frontpage doesn't work
now. What can I do to get the functionality back?

Thanks.

1. The marquee is not supported in Netscape browsers, it is a IE only tag.

2. The marquee doesn't require JavaScript or Java VM to run.

3. Under IE: Tools | Internet Options | Advanced, scroll down to Multimedia and make sure Enable
Animations in web page is checked

4. Have you installed Windows XP Service Pack 2, if yes, did this problem start after that?
