frontpage mail error

I have a Frontpage form that is supposed to send an email when it is
submitted, but instead it throws this error:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server application event log for more details.

There is not anything in the event log. I've cleared it, and executed the
form a few times... nothing...

SMTP is correctly setup though because using a plain ASP with CDO.Message I
can send email without ANY trouble.

Any ideas?

Has your host enabled the form to mail transport?
Is the email address one related to the domain??

Now when I fill out the form and select send I get the following message
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

The form information does go to the intended email address but I get the
above error after I hit send. In the server event log I get Error#3005f
