Frontpage - Load Failed -...50\bin\fp5Autl.dll

When I attempt to load Frontpage 2002, I get the following error message:

Load Failed - C:\program~1\common~1\micros~1\webser~1\50\bin\fp5Autl.dll. In
short, I can't load FP2002. Thanks.

Contact your WPP and have them run a check on the server extensions. Looks they may have been corrupted.
