Frontpage links

I designed a web site using Frontpage 2003, which
everything was working Ok. A couple of days ago, my links
stop or either half work. I've been able to upload the
pages to the web, however the links don't function
properly. Even when I hyperlink them in the 'design '
mode and save, then view them in the 'Preview' mode the
links don't work. I've run the 'Reculculate Hyperlinks'
tool a couple of times, and it still doesn't work. I
haven't uninstall/re-installed Frontpage yet, am I missing
a small fix, before I do this?

The URL for the site is www.the-web-pages.com, which is a
site for a business of mine. If you click on the 'Afican-
American' link, you'll see it takes you to an error 404
page, rather than the directory page that I've set up.
Some of the links work and some don't, and I know I've
linked them all in the Frontpage application. Sorry that
I can't be more exact, but I'm still figuring out which
pages are bad, to correct them.

Remove all spaces and punctuation from file and folder names
- illegal html - breaks links
For example remove the ' in
http://www.the-web-pages.com/women's-sub-directroy.htm
And the space in
http://www.the-web-pages.com/African-American directory.html
