Is there a front page limit of 50MB for websites updated via FP
Will this be fixed in the next version or is there a patch for this cause it
creates a lot of issues with sites at 100-300 mb

Thanks

What kind of "issues" are you having??

Well its keeps timing out when I create web sites
I am guessing I have to restart the FP Extensions and create the new sub
websites over again
this is a pain
doesnt microsoft have a solution for this?
I am taking of getting of FP all together

Yes it keeps timing out when I try to create subsite via the Administration
panel on the live web site as well
I am guessing I have to shut down fp extension and restart it then create
the sub sites?
well I am unable to publish once the fP site gets that large it does not
parse the files it times out all the time.

Thanks

Sheesh, I'm at 47 meg not including admin stuff on a linux/apache box and I've never had a time out or even close. I suspect after uploading my new photogalleries tonight I'll be close to 55.

Maybe Raja needs to talk to the host?

Check w/ your host
- if the SE are timing out in the Admin interface (creating a subweb) it is something they are blocking or have incorrectly set up

Is it better to create the subsites locally then publish them or create them
on the server admin ?

Thanks

Depends on your host
Some only allow you to use Server Admin tools,
others allow publishing to create them

so
when I try to recalculate the web site hyperlinks or try to create subsites
i get the following error message from the server admin from the live web site

"A run time error has occured do you wish to debug line 61 object expected"

have your host reinstall the FP SE
- they appear to be corrupt
If you are the host
