Frontpage IPF message. What is wrong?

I was looking at a CSS files and when I right-clicked on it, one of
the items in the context menu was edit. So I clicked on it. I didn't
realize Frontpage also can edit CSS (bonus!). However, I get an
"invalid page fault" error box right away and Frontpage immediately
crashes. This is error msg:

"FRONTPG caused an invalid page fault in
module FRONTPG.EXE at 0167:00426f29.

Set Notepad as the default CSS editor.

Tools > Options > Configure Editors

Hi, thanks. No, this time, no help here. I never set FrontPage to
edit CSS files so I assumed it was a feature of this program.

The reason why notepad is no good is because although I still can hard
code in html, I can't seem to grasp CSS files.

When I discovered html editors after 3 years of hardcoding, I learned
even more through the features of the editors. They freed up enormous
time and, thereby, creativity. Was hoping this time to learn this
skill by going the easier way - I'd have learned just as much with a
lot less time/heartache by starting out with an html editor rather
than breaking down pages myself and rebuilding!

I tried some CSS editors some time back but didn't find one that was
user friendly yet (again, issue of little time). So was interested in
seeing what FrontPage could do.

Now, question still stands, is there a way to fix the page fault
error?

If you are having problems editing CSS files in FP, then you either need to
set CSS files to be edited in notepad or locate a 3rd party CSS editor.
