frontpage from ME to XP

I have Frontpage 2000 on my ME Laptop which I use all the
time. Several if not all the programs on my laptop run
and designed to run with ME, so I dont want to change the
operating system.
However, I have a home PC with XP. I just bought
Frontpage 2003 and expected to put it on both computers.
I did get it on my XP and I put my local webpage on a disc
from my laptop and loaded it on my desktop and that all
works great.
the problem is, I use my laptop most of the time and want
to be able to make changes to the website via Frontpage
and since the 2003 version has new stuff, if I upload from
my ME FrontPage 2000, it doesn't work.
Is there some upgrade that is available that I can
download on My ME laptop that will that will make it the
same as Frontpage 2003?
If not, what other options do I have?
Help.

FP 2003 doesn't run on anything less thatn Windows 2000 (SP3).

It's on the packaging under "System Requirements".
