FrontPage Extensions

We are setting up an online store for our website. We are using Cubecart 4
and it is having issues with FrontPage extensions writing to the folder that
the store is located in.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening without un-installing
FrontPage Extensions from the site? The company that makes Cubecart states
that this should be able to be done.

We just do not know how to do this.

What issues? What makes you think there are FrontPage Extensions problems?
What is it that Cubecart states that should be able to be done? Is this a
permissions issue? What are the errors?
