FrontPage Express

Files for this program are on my computer. When I try to
boot fxpress.exe I get an error message saying "This
application has failed to start because fp20htp.dll was
not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this
problem." What can I do now? Both of these files on in
my system.

Not sure if this could be your problem, but maybe the driver has been
corrupted or needs to be updated. Found this on the Web:
