Front Page Express

The files for this program, fpxpress.exe and fp20htp.dll,
are on this computer. I would like to access the Front
Page Express program. I keep getting a message when I
try to open the exe file that fp20htp.dll cannot be
found. It says that reinstlling the application might
help. How can I do this so that front page express will
run on my computer?

If you want Front Page, you need to install it.
Front page Express does not come with Windows XP as it did with some
earlier versions of Windows.
The empty files are normal.
