FrontPage Error

Please help! I’m having a FrontPage2000 problem I REALLY hope you can help me
with. I created a website using Front Page and on that site I have various
forms that users can fill out, I set up the form results to come back to me
in my email as html formatted text. Well when you get the form and click
submit, the following error is showing:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

We did add an email server this past weekend and that’s when this started
along with some other problems so I’m sure this has something to do with that
but I have no idea how to fix it. Any help you can provide would be GREATLY
appreciated!

Thanks!!!

The FP Form Handler does support the sending of the HTML format emails. Change it back the default
text format.

I just changed to fomatted text and am still getting the same error message.
Our Email server has a different IP address. Would this make a difference?

Has the smtp name of the mail server changed, and, if so, has the forms to
email transport in the FP server extensions been reconfigured to reflect the
change?

The IP address of the mail server doesn't matter as long as the FP extensions are configured to
process email to the mail server and the mail server is configured to accept email from the FP Form
Handler.

The internal and external IPs have changed, but the mail server address has
stayed the same. Any thoughts??

Your feedback is MUCH appreciated!!!
