Frontpage doesn't recognize my browsers

i'm using windows xp, i have firefox and IE installed, and when i go to the
server properties, and try to go to administration home, frontpage gives me a
message saying " a World Wide Web browser, such as Microsoft Internet
Explorer, is required to use this feature."

How can i get FP to see that my browser is installed?
