Frontpage could not open this file or could not parse

I am trying to create a hyperlink to bookmarks in a pdf document and get the
following message "Microsoft office frontpage could not open this file or
could not parse a file of this type"

You will need to enter the hyperlink bookmark in code view
(you can not open a PDF in FP to set the bookmark)
- view Adobe Acrobat documentation for PDF bookmarks
