FP could not Parse?

I keep receiving this message-" The server sent a message that FrontPage
could not Parse. If you are using a server with Share Point Services check
the admin.... I'm using FP 2003, I've reset FPSE so they active. I'm trying
to upload some .wmv and .avi files I've never had this problem before. Even
if I open the remote site I get this message when I try to import the same
files. All the files play correctly in Windows media Player and Media Player
Classic.I've also checked ethernet cable. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated!!

If the files are over 1 MB contact your host to see if they will increase the default max limit

Thanks Stefan, I don't think file size is the issue. Some of them are over
1MB (3 exactly). I accidentily deleted some. I think there is something else
going on. I just posted another question which might explain what's
happening. When I open my site (on server) my subsites are not showing up as
subsites. The directories are just regular directories
