Frontpage compatability with Windows Vista

JAM

Hello,

I just tried to edit my webpage w/Frontpage 2002 and already encountered a
problem. When I tried to change or ad hyperlinks, I got a mesages that FP had
to restart or shutdown due to compatability w/Office 2007 and that there was
nothing Microsoft could do to fix the problem. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.

Office application need to be installed in the order of release, so you need to uninstall both
FP2002 and Office 2007, then install FP2002, then Office 2007.

There is a known VISTA issue in regards to the dialog box which is utilized
by FrontPage and other programs. It is not an FP issue, and will hopefully
be resolved with a forthcoming Vista Service Pack.
The best way to avoid having this happen is to edit or add your hyperlinks
via code, and not in design view
