FrontPage and sftp requirement

I was given a project of using FrontPage to publish to a website space that requires sftp (or similar utility) to post the pages. For now I am creating a local disk-based web and using winsftp to post it to the server. The server will not allow publishing with FP's "built-in" ftp publishing function.

Two questions:

1. Is there a FrontPage add-on of some kind that would let me do with sftp what I can do with the built-in ftp? That is to do publishing within FP and to have an option to only copy pages that have been changed?

2. If answer to above question is no, does anyone have a sftp utility to suggest that has an option to only copy changed pages to the server?

I don't know of any addin for sftp in FrontPage.

The pages describing the product indicate it supports sftp and can
upload changed pages only, and there is a trial on offer.
