I just found that out the hardway
| You can either publish the db down or you can use the Export function to place a copy on your
| desktop. Once your site is live and you have user add to the database, you never want to upload your
| local copy. If you need to maintain the live copy, then you need to create admin pages, you have
| this option under FP2002 and FP2003.
