Frontpage 2003 Slow Publishing

I upgraded to FP 2003 and now I am finding the Publishing
to a server with FP extensions is very slow. I have a
quick cable connection and it was fine with FP 2002 until
I upgraded. It now sends one file, and then sits there
for a almost 2 minutes and then sends another file, etc.
I recently had to publish the whole website. It told me
21 hours at 0kb. I let it go but the server eventually
times out.

Has anyone else noticed this and if so have you found any
solutions? I am running XP home.

After the upgrade did you at least once Publish ALL to get the webs in sync
