FrontPage 2003 - SharPoint

Is there any way around using FrontPage without being forced to use Sharepoint?

The company that has our server does not have, nor will they be installing
SharePoint.

As a result, we cannot work with live data.

You don't need SharePoint, but check to see if they will install the FP Server Extensions.
