FrontPage 2003 locks up

I've just installed a new version of FP 2003 on a AMD xp1700 processor with
512 meg of memory. I'm running a dual boot configuration with W2K sp3 and
Windows 98. When I try to open my first WebSite and using a template
(File>New>select a template), the application stops responding. The no
other programs are effected.

Could anyone please offer a solution?

1. Are they both FAT 32 partitions, or is 2K NTFS
and 98 FAT 32.

2. Which version of FrontPage.

2K / NTFS can read and write to FAT 32 but not
the other way around.

And FP2003 is not supported in Win 98 if that's how you are trying to access it
