Frontpage 2003 and navigational structure

I just noticed that the numerous articles that are associated with my web
site do not appear in the navigation structure, however, they are linked and
working fine and appear in the folder window. Could this be a result of the
fact that due to tech. problems I had to publish from the web to my computer.

I guess I was wondering why certain pages of content show up in the folder
window and not the navigation window or nav. chart.
 
You don't *have* to have pages appear in Nav view...pages can be left out of navigation altogether.
