frontpage 2002 page linking

I am creating a basic website for my grad school class. WE have to have a
homepage and 4 linked pages. I have created all the pages in Frontpage 2002
but when I follow the directions to hyperlink the supporting pages to the
homepage I run into trouble. After I create the hyperlink the font changes
to underlined blue, when I go to preview and click the link nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong? Help Please!

you need to publish the pages to a web server - hyperlinking in preview mode
doesn't always work.
else "preview in browser" is the better choice.
