Frontpage 2002 - I broke the wizard generated survey form

I have created a survey form using the Wizard. Then I edited the form to
make the form field names a little more consistent and now I get a
"Frontpage error" when I try to submit the form. It is going to a text
file. When I made the changes, Frontpage uploaded a blank "survey.txt' file.

The (working) survey file had the titles of the fields in a dab
delimited format, is this generated when the first form is submitted? I
am hoping I can salvage the survey form, it took a couple of hours to
write, but I am new at this, and don't know where to look!

TIA Phil S.

Further to this, The data IS being written to the text file, it must be
the 'Display data' bit that does not work... After clicking submit the
default action is to list all the data in the browser.

How can I bypass the display page, where all the data is listed, and
just jump to a "thank you" page. There is an option in 'Form
Properties>Options>Confirmation Page' but having added a 'thank you'
form here, I still get the 'Frontpage error' message, and no way to go
forward from there. Where is this coded?

I finished up re-doing the entire page. Thanks to all, sometimes you
just have to throw it away and start again! Only took an hour to cut and
paste most of the text from the old form. I assume it had something to
do with my using underscores in the new field names.
