FrontPage 2002 and Cox

T

Tina and Randy

I recently signed up for High speed internet with Cox Communications and am
utilzing their "Webspace". I have activated their FP extensions and have
published my first web site. The problem is that one of the pages of the
site is a form that I would like to have filled out and submitted. I have
filled out the correct Form Properties but when I submit the form I get the
error "Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
http://members.cox.net/equalrights/feedback.htm" I called Cox and they said
they have all the extensions turned on and that it is a FP problem. Has
anyone else seen this. Im simply trying to email the contents and not even
save a file on their server....thanx

How did you upload the site to their server, via FP's http mode or via FTP.
In order for the any of the FP run-time component to work, they must be
upload via FP's http mode.

Plus if the form sends to an email address they need to turn on Email transport
