Open your site from the server with frontpage and publish a complete copy to
a local folder on your client machine. You can work with the files then on
your client machine, do any editing you want, and when you're happy with the
changes, publish back to the server. When publishing back to the web server
be sure to verify your options as to whether you want to publish "changed
pages only" or "publish all overwriting all on server". Hopefully that helps
