Copy a website from my FrontPage 2000

How do I copy "one" of my website to a CD rw off of my FrontPage 2000 on my
computer? I do not want to copy FrontPage, only the website. With that CD,
can I open FrontPage 2000 that was just installed in another computer and
work on this website,... edit, make changes, publish, and re-publish, on that
new computer? How do I do it?

Finally how do I delete a website (s) from within my FrontPage 2000 program
in my old computer?
