Frontpage 2000

I would like to create a pop up window using Frontpage
2000. How can I do this if possible.

When a user clicks on a link, it will open up the desired
site and also open up a pop up window with a message. Teh
user then can read the message in th epop up window and
then close the window.

Any help would be appreciated.

The simplest way to do this is to use a hyperlink with a target frame
property of "_blank" - you can set thei property in the Hyperlink Properties
window.
