FrontPage 2000 with error message _cti_cnf cannot be created

This error message occured when I was trying to update my website with
FrontPage 2000. I was told that FrontPage 2000 is out of techsupport.

I upgraded to FrontPage 2003 this message keeps coming. What can I do from
here ?

This is a permission issue on the server and has nothing to do with the version of FP you have
installed on your local machine.
