I'm using FrontPage 2000, and I'm wanting to use a drop down menu so that when the user clicks one of the options, it automatically takes them to that link. I've done a lot of what people have told me (in the form properties, click add then choice, then in the value box type in the address you want to send it to) but when I do that, and preview it and click it, it goes to a page that says it can't be found... any help?! Also is there a way I can just click the option and it just take me there instead of me clicking the go button? Thanks!

You have to use JavaScript to enable the drop down form field to function as a menu. In IE address
bar type:

? JavaScript Jump Menu

I'm kind of computer illiterate, when you said in the IE address bar... in Front Page I do that? where is the the IE address bar? I'm sort of confused(doesn't take much)

The IE address bar is in Internet Explorer...it's where you input a URL.
And, for best help, leave at least a snippet of the previous post(s) so we
know what you are talking about.

I did that, however, every time I preview it, it still takes me to the cannot be found webpage... any idea why that is and why it just doesn't take me to the link page

I asked an identical question to your original one at tek-tips.com yesterday. I was pointed in the direction of http://frontpageforms.com/drop_down_box_example.htm, which gives good instructions and is easy to tailor. Got it working in under 5 minutes
