Frontpage 2000 Closes On Saving

I am using FrontPage 2000 with a Windows XP Media Center Computer that has
all the other Office programs from Office 2003. I am trying to alter a
webpage and when I go to the save button, the program freezes and displays
the error message: "Microsoft FrontPage application file has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." The data
report contains: "appname: frontpg.exe AppVer. 4.0.2.6625 ModName: mso9.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.6926 Offset: 000690cf " If you click Send Error Report, it
says it is succesful and then the error shos up:' The instruction at
"ox30928d9b" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be
"read". Click on OK to terminate the program." This error comes up whenever
the "save as" feature is used on a old page, or when it is attempted to save
a new page with the "save" or "save as" features. The program will still
save an existing file with changes if "save" is used: name changes are not
allowed-these encounter the error. When save as is used " the error is "The
instruction at "0x73dd11c7" referenced memory at "0x00000004".

Did you install FP2000 before or after Office 2003, if yes, then you need to uninstall FP2000 and
Office 2003 and then install FP2000 first, run all updates, then install Office 2003 and all
updates.

MS Office applications should always be installed in the order released.
