Trouble saving in FrontPage

When I try to do a "Save as" with FrontPage 2000, I get an error message
saying that the program can't access the memory and it goes to an immediate
shut-down.

The message says: The instruction at "0x73e6827a" referenced memory at
"0x00146fb4." The memory could not be "read." Click on OK to terminate the
program.

The error message that is sent to Microsoft says this:

AppName: frontpg.exe AppVer: 4.0.2.6625 ModName: mso9.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.6926 Offset: 000690cf

Have you tried the usual repairs in the sequence below:
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
Usually in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
- in FP 2003 you need to look in the super hidden folder
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
3) Run a Repair on IE
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378 )
4) Install all Service Packs for your OS, IE, MS Office and your Video card
(Windows Update and Office Update sites, plus your video card supplier site)
5) Open FP and Disable or Uninstall any FP Addins,
6) Open your FP Web/Site and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

I've done all that. Now I get this message:

The instruction at "0x30928d9b" referenced memory at "0x00000000." The
memory could not be "read." Click on OK to terminate the program.
