Frontpage 03 - pictures toolbar disappeared from view - can't rest

In adding a photo to my website under construction, I dragged the pictures
toolbar too far down the page and off the screen. It disappeared from view
and everything I try from the HELP menu won't bring it back. I've even tried
deleting the program from my computer and re-installing it. How can I restore
the pictures toolbar to my design view in Frontpage?
 
Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to
