Front Page training/practice problem

Boy, am I new to this product!!!!! can anyone tell me the following? When
I enter a practice session in the training section for Front Page, they
indicate that if the instructions on the right of the page should disappear,
then clock the Front Page Help Taskbar button. I have tried clicking every
button on the task bar, but can not find one that produces the result of
being able to click autotile, which apparently should bring the instructions
back up again - am I senile, or is this a fault with the instructions??
PLEASE HELP
