Front page help

I cannot get the front page help to display the tips in the Practice session,
I have checked all of the suggestions in the troubleshooting and all of the
sugestions when clicking the refresh button etc.

The only thing left must relate to the firewall. But why can I see some
material Ie the actual training program and its related pages but not the
help.

it doesnt make sense to me.
